have you got abs already or not

pump swaps are easy, but retro fitting the abs kit is a bit more complicated, expescially if you don't know if you've got the correct assembly for your car or not as they different between left and right handed as well as 2 and 4wd cars

also the loom is stand alone other than the light in the dash and the power feed from the ignition, but the 4wd stuff has extrta relays in the fusebox

Yea I already have ABS, as the system is 23 years old, buying parts incase of a failure.

The new item is just the pump not the ancillery, so if the pump I have looks identical to the one being replaced it should be fine?

Thank you for you input and time on this issue. Sorry for the delay in replying, new to this site.

the pump loking the same and the connections being in the same place and the resivour bottle being on the right side are all good and it will be a straight swap

the early cars had the modulator box thing intergrated into the main pump assembly while the later ones had them on the other side of the engine bay

Had the car 14yrs and it will probably end up being burried with me.
