Mk1 focus anti rol bar bushesl
How many bushes are related to the anti roll bar got a knocking that's more than likely that. I know there's some on the stabiliser link 4 in total but dunno if there any I'm missing to change at the same time.

two supporting rubber bushes per arb then at the front you have 2 drop links with a ball joint at each end and at the back its a bit weird with a mix of plastic and rubber with a bolt through the middle clamping it all together as a drop link. these do deform over time and are worth changing!
when do you get the nocking?
its more than likely a drop link ball joint or a lower arm ball joint.
