Being rather presumptuous are we not Dick? I mean to say, one would have to be rather "special" to believe that I have referred to this company's behavior as amusing in anyway. Well, that is your prerogative I suppose, & fair play to you for voicing your concerns, as ever it comes down to a matter of personal perspective, however, may I be so bold as to draw your attention to your own rather tenuous grasp of the Queens English? (as highlighted in the first paragraph) & that's before we get onto the thorny issue of resorting to insults, you must understand that it not only lowers the tone of your argument but weakens your position within the very same.
