Default coilover spring help

i have avo coilovers fitted to my frst and have just seen that one of my front springs are broke . what is the best rate springs to use on the front . the car is used for road and will be used on track aswell .

Anything between 250-450lbs?

If it's still got it's interior then I'd go for some 325lb or 350lb springs.

its a fiesta turbo . no interior just 2 bucket seats would it be best to change them all so they are the same rate ?

will it make the suspension stiffer with 325lb ?

not all but you must do front and rear as a pair. front has to be harder obviously as its so much heavier.
