Default 3-dr Cossie bad leak

I recently changed the fan switch on my 3-dr Cossie. Tonight whilst out driving for five minutes I stopped in the petrol station and found coolant pissing out from the rear left side of the engine bay. The coolant then stopped leaking and about two minutes later started pissing out again. The fans then kicked in and the coolant light came on. I turned the engine off, allowed it to cool down, topped it up and was able to make it home (A five min journey, where it started leaking again). I have a feeling this maybe a split hose i.e to heater matrix or could it be something more serious?

Rear left, as in when sat in the seat or when facing engine, eg exhaust or inlet side ?
If on exhaust side this is a fave place for the big HG to let go, around the core plug nearest no3 cylinder, top up and run till it leaks you'll soon see where from, check also your oil.
