Default Paint work help!

I need a new back bumper for my Xr2i and have found one but there is some paint marks on it, looks like he's been painting a fence and a bit of splatter has landed on the bumper. Here is a pic

Is there anything i could use to get this mark off without messing the original paint work?

Cheers
