I have owned the mk 1 and 2 and think there great but to look at this and to me its like the festa but bigger i think its utter SHIT.

 

ALL modern cars are getting bigger and uglier, some i like, some i hate. i think it'll prob grow on you with a bit of a body kit.

 

Too euro box for me.
Loving some of the technology that is available on them though...

First impressions are that it looks shit...................but it might grow on me
I hear its only available in 5 door too , so no 3dr ST

That doesnt bother me personally as I have a 5 dr ST myself but I would have thought that the 3dr would be a popular option

 

I really like the look of these focus.es tbh. I think it makes the astra look bland. I think it will sell well. I would defo have one.

 

not to sure about new focus i like the pre face lift mk2 sts but saying that will be watching to see if ford do one with an rs badge

 

not sure on it at all, dont like the interior in that video, wonder what the st will be like?

 

Just another very bland, boring new car to me, i'm sure they're very capable and "nice" to drive A to B but new cars in general do nothing for me.

 

it is very similar looking to the new fiesta,even inside looks the same,just a bigger version

 

much prefer the old one. and they all 5 door the new 3 door is going to be bagged as a capri marketing arseholes

 

Saw one on the road a couple of days ago and it actually looked ok in the flesh. Think it was on it's way to the local Ford dealers as it was only a couple of hundred yards away from it and i don't think that they are out yet are they?

 

I've seen the new focus in the dealership and it looks really good tbh. It just depends on the colour choice. Candy red and black looks stunning.
The interior is pretty outstanding too. There is mire to it than just a 'bigger fiesta'.

The only fly in the ointment is no 3 door option which i think is a faux pas in the UK market.

not fussed either! however it will prob grow on me,i remember not liking the mk1 at first and have had 3 so far,love them lol

 

What makes me laugh is the fact that its just a ' piece of bland boring shit new focus ' that looks like a stretched newshape fiesta. Put an ST or RS badge on it and i bet anyone on here wouldnt mind owning it

 

From the back it looks like it should have a "Kia" badge on it and as a Focus owner I wouldnt have one but saying that I probably wont have another Ford after this one

 

i hated the mk 2 focus when it first came out thought it was ugly ,but it grew on me now i really like it .I think this will be the same it will grow on me .

I don't think it's the best looking car out there but I certainly don't dislike it. Maybe not too keen on the back lights but I don't think it's a good enough reason to dislike the whole car. I never liked the look of the first Focus yet that grew on me. The way Ford have been moving with their products, it should be a very very good motor.

I have more of an issue with her boring monotonous tone on the advert. She isn't doing the can any favours at all.

 

decided to actually watch it a fucking hell thats one of the WORST car adverts i've ever seen. she can NOT sell a car! actually she puts me off buying the new focus!

 

I love the technology on it and I think the looks might grow on me

But still looks nowhere near as nice as the MK1 or MK2
