Default converting esc cos 2 rwd

hi there as above converting me escort 2 rwd just painted under side and had rear end powder coated but cant decide wot bushes 2 use powerflex or standed any help would b much appreciated

I've been told to use the remade bushes supplied by Graham Goode Racing on the rear arms, but PowerFlex is fine for everything else

CarParts, can you supply the standard bushes for the arms also?
