are the front ones the same?

as in getting polybushes,inner and outer,will they fit in both if listed for cosworth?

Outers are the same, the inners vary only in the diameter of the bolt that goes through them, it's 2mm larger on cossie at 12mm diameter as opposed to 10mm on the other versions, XR4x4 are the same as cossie though so fit not problems, even the later sierra 2l from 90 onwards used the 12mm bolt.
I've never known a xr4x4 have a 10mm bolt, but if it did have a 12mm drill bit soon opens the front cross member holes up.
