V6 cosworth main cap braces

Hi folks, I am trying to get a main bearing cap brace sorted for my V6 Granada Cosworth engine.
I have got a company local to me who are quoting me what I think is a high price from what I have been reading on fordpower, what I want to know from people on here is what sort of price people would expect to pay for one of these items.
It will look a little something like this one below

theres a company in canada that make that girdle and sell them for $200. but i doubt that will fit in to the 2wd ally sump as the brace on number 2 cap is too big ![Rolling Eyes](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)
i made one up myself with some longer bolts (from a guy on fordpower) and a plate of 10mm steel. just used an angle grinder and pillar drill tho, no laser or water cutting involved with mine

Main Cap Stud Girdle
Application: 4.0 V6 Rangers ohv or sohc engines
**If using on the sohc engines...the oil pan will need changing, using a Ranger ohv oil pan, plus modifications to the new pan will be necessary**
Our exclusive Main Stud Girdle is made of high strength steel 3/8" thick
This Main Girdle strengthens the bottom- end by tying the 4 main caps together. Even stronger than a 4 bolt main!
Some modifications are needed to the main caps (see instructions)
