i have 2007 mondeo sttdci,love it to bits,however its now creeping towards 100k miles (i do approx 30k per year) and i am getting problems here an there,nothing major and i cant complain coz other than tyres all ive had to do is change the egr valve and a set of discs and pads and this was only 10k ago. anyway to get to the point,it seems that a lot of the time when im cornering,no matter what speed etc the esp kicks in for a second and cuts the power. now its not like it only does it when i throw it in to bends in the wet etc,its doing it at low speeds and dry conditions. im guessing some kind of faulty sensor??????? any ideas would be welcomed

possibly an abs sensor problem, check wheel bearings for play? other than that and checking for poor connections your probs going to need a diagnostic tool
