Default Wideband lambda sensor positioning...

hi, I currently have my wideband sensor about 6 inches down from the turbo next to the starter on my series one. would you say that was too close and if so where is the ideal place to install it??

after some digging the aem website reccomends 36 inches down stream on turbo`d vehicles mounting the sensor 10 deg upwards.
