IMHO, bar Brembos/Alcons, you would be MAD to put anything else on. Fantastic mod, had AP's on all of my cossies except my first one. The only trouble is when you drive a car without them, and shit yourself when you don't stop.

Big brakes were the best mod done to my road car, transformed how you could drive, and AP 6pots are still tempting me now on mine.

Snap

I still look in the rear view mirror before input the brakes on as I've had a few close calls from tail gaters and on the track they are just in a league of their own, I absolutled outbraked everyone at ford fair on my first lap and even braking later and later they just stopped quicker and quicker, I was always braking too early even though I was leaving it later and later.

Absolutly the first mod to do on ANY car, the fiesta with some 300mm on it is just as fantastic to stop in a hurry but going from the car intothe van is just bow easily you forget that you can't stop anywhere near as quickly and I've had a few defcon brown moments

Cool, glad you're happy with them And to think you were in two minds as to whether they would be OTT for a road car!

I've fitted AP calipers to the front of my Sapph race car but haven't used them yet. I had HiSpec calipers before which fitted OK and worked OK but failed very quickly when I used them in anger. Don't know why I bothered with the HiSpecs - cheap crap, and the worst comedic service of any company I have ever dealt with.

I'll check out the APs on circuit soon.

The ap 4pots 330mm are all thats needed unless u have 700bhp and can use it anything bigger is a waste of money on a relatively light car!
