Cosworth brake servo
Does anyone know how much and who can re-con a brake servo for a Sapphire 4x4 Cosworth??
There's nothing wrong with mine, it just looks a bit tatty and I'm in the middle of a resto so need it looking mint.
Are they easy to take to bits and just paint and Zinc plate??

which part you want reconning?? the whole assembly? master cylinder? ABS pump unit? etc etc
Last time i asked i was told you couldnt get seals or rebuild kits from ford and no-one at the time seemed to know of someone who has the bits to recon them. Shame really.
I guess as the cars continue to get older and all the secondhand spares are as fucked as the ones on cars then demand may be enough for a company to take on reconning them.

The unit I have works fine, just cosmetically it looks tired and as said I'm doing a resto on my Cossy so I really need it done.....
I was hoping somewhere migh have done them on exchange basis or could re-con mine like what Big Red do with the calipers
