Default Mondeo buying Advice needed....

Im going to have a look at a 2003 Mondeo 1.8LX Petrol tomorrow for someone in the family.

Do they suffer from any issues?

What are the things to look out for?

Thanks in advance

I presume post facelift as its not the old bubble type bumper one (ie what i would call a mk2).

What are the problems with the electrics?

What dojj means is there's a few cosmetic changes on the 2003 on models,it's the same shape from y reg up to 57/08 plate.

Generally great cars,1.8-2.0l petrol should be really hassle free motoring as the diesels have pump/injector issues.

Dojj has summed up well.

One quick note, accident damage,if it looks wonky,it's been hit hard, their very strong cars!!!! If the chassis rails look a bit squashed,I'd avoid.

Don't forget to do a hpi,well worth Ł40.
