I so wish I hadn't let my RS500 replica (all genuine rs500 parts bought from ford, new with receipts) get scrapped 
Only had side impact in n/s door.
Probably could have retird now if I'd kept all the bits for a rainey day!

Two nice, similar 500s side by side, both being viewed by someone who knows their onions about these cars - £35k for the copied sticker car and say 36k for one with its original sticker still intact.
The one with the copy sticker on is immediately suspected of having paint, so then what else has been done to it you cannot spot straight away - immediately puts doubt in the mind of the buyer.

i dont know about you, but id me using a paint depth gauge on a rare 35k classic if i was in the market for one so youd know if it had paint surely?? of course someone can copy it. The problem you have is finding a rs500 owner with a mint set of badges who would let you copy them knowing that doing so would mean its harder to tell a perfect original car from one thats been restored with new badges etc. ie doing something that may devalue their own car.
