Default Discovered an oil leak and laggy turbo :(

Well, pulled up outside mates house only 3 mile away to find steam/smoke pooring out of bonnet vents

Though - fook me, get extinguiser out!

Anyway, got one ready - he got one, and it turned out to be venting from the metal spacer thingy to the left hand side of turbo to exhaust manifold
Looked arround it and could see it was wet there and discoloured, looked at nuts and ade sure were tight as far as I could get in - very hot

Anyway, looked ok, but still went down local garage to see if they could see anything, I have a very tiny oil leak from that area

They are going to see what is it and where from on Sat AM

BUT...it ain't oil seals cos it dont blow no smoke - phew!
I also know I have an air leak someplace cos exhaust pops when I turn engine off - even if I let it idle

We will have this car complete incl interior all in place especially carpet and ready for people to finally appriciate my trouble-some times

Roll on nice weather and show season
