No. Only ford citroen peugeot and some early audi 80's are interchangeable regards to stud pattern. even the centre spigot size may render it unable to fit as i know ford spigots are smaller than citroen/peugeot anf offset comes into it. Eg fords generallt have an offset of ET35 whereas others dont and can cause clearance issues. All this assuming your focus is 4 stud. Fiat share same studs as most other 4 stud applications it rover/vw/bmw/renault/vauxhall etc etc. Again this is dependant on wheel offset and or spigot size

What im saying is fiat punto turbo's come of 14 inch rims. Take your car and the old wheels to a garage and ask them to swap all the tyres. EG take the tyres of the punto rims and put them on the focus wheels and either the old tyres off the focus back on the punto rims or if they are knackered dispose of them. that of course is if they are a similar size. i would imagine your focus comes with something like 185/65/14 and the punto is smaller like 185/55/14. if so its your choice to swap them but your speedo will be out etc etc. maybe better looking for some budget tyres in the origional focus size
