I ended up going back to my blitz controller which is v easy to fit and use.
I've used boost controllers for 8ish years and always recommend blitz. The only issue is it will hold the boost till the rev limit which could overspeed the turbo and make it squeal if you set it too high

They wire in exactly as they would in any other car, its only half a dozen wires then plug n play for the sensor/solenoid sub loom.
You will be able to set stable boost and have it tailing off up top if you want but without the speed input you wont have use of gear based boost control.
When taking a rpm input its is an option to take it from the injector signal but you realy dont want to do this, always use signal to the clocks.

Also worth noting that all wiring and splices into signal feeds should be done inside the cabin. Connecting under the bonnet leaves them susceptible to electromagnetic interference. Also when my AVC-R was fitted to my FRS we had to use a suppressor on the engine speed signal otherwise the signal spiked.
