Nowt like telling how it was Steve, yep yours did pull away due to your T38 spooling up sooner but like i said the t4 would keep with it and im sure with a better test area would pull the advantage back.

I'm of to find a gearbox

Yep, had a little play, The T38 pulls earlier so gains about two/three car lengths then its even stevens for the length of test road we had to play with, incidently when both cars were prob doing 115 in forth the T4 would be on song so was pushing the 4i along, both cars are scary quick no doubt about it.

Like i have said above in my detailed explanation (not just your car is quicker of the line than mine) when we were both tramping on in 4th and nailed it i was pushing you along to the point i had to lift off

Your unbeliveable at times, no wonder Pete gets the hump with you

I did at one point fly right past you and left you for dead and also left you after the roundabout sideways but i never mentioned that because that wasnt applicable to the test results

it proves you don't need a cossie to be able to go fast, you can do it in a cossie rep.

I think in a fairer race from a standing start the T4 would do better and prob kill the t38 nearer the top end of the power band, the in gear race is always going to favour the smaller turbo imo unless the t4 car is in a gear lower to help keep the t4 on boost

Steve jus remember when people ask about a car they always ask what power has it got not what torque are you running.

Pete as i have explained above it wasnt exactly a fair battle due to it being a "in gear" race which 4i wanted, in a straight forward "have it" race the t4 would kill it imo which would of been fairer but not what he wanted.

You should have held it on the brakes to spool the turbo up before racing in gear

if you want a t34 car ask danny he wanted to come out in his black escos with 380bhp...

in a week or two i can bring mine and we will see what a gt series powered car will do against them....

i raced a mate round my way with a 500bhp t4 car with mine only running 1.6 bar and just dusted off leaving it for dead, and im going back for a remap and a inlet spacer very soon and then 2.2bar boost.

SO PUT ME DOWN FOR THIS GRUDGE MATCH........
