help race tech gauge
ive just brought a race tech water temp and oil pressure gauge off ebay, just recived it tried the water gauge in boiling water in saucepan, gauge isnt moving am i doin something wrong

pretty sure the metal body of the sensor should be earthed mate.
thats why when you fit em,you should use liquid gasket sealant not ptfe tape as its stops the earth contacting
