Well 28psi and a T4 and live mapped by NMS. Yes that nearly had me in a hedge!
I can see what live mapping is all about now especially on a proper turbo! It quite simply is brutal! The Rainbird (SCS) one didnt feel as quick
and that boosted to 2.3bar and dropped to 2bar...although it had done 40k miles
(Sorry deep breath moment...tablet needed
)
So to drive nice and tight clutch is wank though, alcon 6 paddle very snatchy.....brakes std 4x4
Best upgrade!....Koni's and springs give a nice ride. Just waiting to hear from i beleive EVORICH so i can see what actual mods were done when converted from 4x4 to 2wd. Overall a nice car very clean infact too bufty
Filthy dirty now how it should be! LOL. Oh one thing though on the T4 conversion, they never used a drop bracket for the alternator so is VERY close! One on way

Just had a word with Karl and with boost set to 30psi it should be a solid 450bhp cant go any higher as 450 is the limit to the 650cc injectors.....or should i go to 1000cc and aparrently wind boost up more and be close to 500bhp on a suitable remap.

TBH it does sound like the same old story: buy a Cossie, tell us all how wank happy about it you are, how great this is, that is about it... then moan about something, say you can't live with it for some obscure reason and break it.
End of the day, the previous bloke obviously got the cash he was happy to get and since you're the owner of it then you can do whatever you like... but it's just a shame to see all the good work pulled apart and sold off when cars like this are broken.
Cheers,
Grant

As said Karl said i can only go max 450bhp on the 650's so if i want to run 32psi i need 1000cc injectors and a modded map that should give 480bhp + Yes big boost for smallish power but i have some limiting factors which i cant say

Funny that - He built/mapped my friends car and im pretty sure it was specced for well over 500bhp on 83Lb injectors :S
Why do you need bigger injectors for less power?

Greys are 500cc and good for really no more than 420 ish on todays fuel...those siemens 550's i had in the saff were flat out and that was on a t34 .63!....the 650's are good for max 450 to 460 his words....83lbs are about 850cc arnt they? so yes good for over 500bhp...1000cc are good for 600+ arnt they!
