Chaffe thats nothin compared to nowdays lol
the 6 speed box makes them slower compared to the 406/zx box as these are longer ratio than any other box that fits the xud, bosch tuning has taken off to, 11mm heads instead of 9, solid govenors, ground down lda pins, etc etc, 150-160bhp is easily possible now, people are fitting t25's and td04's too lol

Right well youve got the lucas and bosch aint you, the lucas deserve to die lol ( im actually tuning one as we speak for a mate) However the bosch you can do shit loads too, my old 306 flew with a k03 and lots of pump tuning., What i did was:
Ground down the LDA pin inside the pump For more fuel delivery
Removed the white washer around the LDA pin so the pin will get more fuel
Adjusted max fuel 2.5 turns
Boost compensator 3 turns
Modified top hat
Advanced the pump by 3 degrees
got rid of the idle bar and rev bar so revved freely to 5500 ( the k03 ran out of boost by 5000 though)
Theres also more you can do, like take the head off the pump and fit a transit 2.5 11mm plunger, also take the top of the pump off to get into the govenor and make it sold and getrid of the springs, Then theres all sorts after to do,
Straight pipe, front mount using xantia/406 inlet manifold, t25turbo ( welded onto standard manifold ) and other wee bits, quite alot of dturbos over 160+bhp and 250ftlbs now, 2.0 corsa killers lol

Remapped Fabia VRS, not to lairy (std intercooler still for example). The torque of modern diesels amazes me still. Can only imagine what some of the cars already mentioned are like!

335d sport coupes can go like fuck. When I worked at BMW was well impressed with the 330d sport and then the new one came out (about 4 yrs now) and it's in a totally different league altogether.
