Lhd to Rhd conversion, what's involved?

Where would need to be cut and welded on a sapphire to change the bulkhead from left to right hand drive? How far back down the transmission tunnel if at all would it be cut back, anybody done it on here?

transmission tunnel would stay the same, but would just be top and lower half of bulkead panels to convert the shell

what you upto now
