How to clean sound deadening
Hi
My car has been sat in a damp garage for a while and the interior smells a bit damp. I have removed the seats and carpet and am going to shampoo them.
The sound deadening also smells a bit as well, can this be washed or is there a way to clean this?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I wouldnt wah the sound deadening mate it will retain moisture and just smell more..
Just put some heat in to it and let the wind/fan blow air on to it.. Hopefully that will get rid of most the smell
