Default there i fixed it!

sister in laws bmw z3 had a knackered battery and the only good 1 i had was a ford square post 1,couldnt get 1 today and she neeed the car,so i did this to get her going till monday!

Not sure about the beemer batt connectors, but on the gf's vaux I opened up the gap in the clamp where the bolt passes through and put either side of the ford terminal, so the bolt go though the post hole as well now, been perfect for 5 years or so, got a nice heavy duty diesel battery on there.

me and a pal had a belmont years ago to rally then dump in a water filled quarry,we drove it over a coffee table sized rock and broke the earth cable on the gearbox,we used the bonnet support as an earth by manhandling it through the engine lifting eye and slam panel,worked great and it was 3 flat tyres that finished it off!

i know,just thought i would get you back ,want me to fix your 3 door?ill fix it or break it so badly nobody could fix it.i once straightened out 2 transit rear 1/4s after a slid sideways into my pals works tranny with my works tranny,i fixed his as good as i coukd and gave him Ł250,i did what i could with mine,the rear doors wouldnt open to start with but i got them working ok,i took my van back at night and handed my notice in,i had a shot of it as i had put my kangoo through a wall,both incidents were caused by black ice!

yes,thats right as when you add 12v to a bettery with 0v you get 24v.i have a hilux with 2 12v batterys,does that make it 24v?didnt think so.as i stated in my other thread you commented on,you are a mong.
