Default Where to do a bargain with Quaife parts ?

Hey guys i have started a build of a atlas rear aksel for my road going escort mk 2. I already have 2 std capri halfshaft but they are to long to cut down to std escort, so now i need to know where to get a set of QUAIFE ATLAS GROUP 1 HALFSHAFT 16T HD and QUAIFE ATLAS GROUP 1 FLANGE. of course i have tried burton, rallydesign etc. but i still think, it must be possible to get them at a lower price somewhere it was indeed not my plan to use 541pounds in burtons favour right after Christmas to get my escort on the road

It depends on the application.

For a road going car they are fantastic as they still allow you to parellel park normally etc, they just dont effect normal road manners at all, and on tarmac they work very well, on loose surfaces though a plated diff is generally a better option than the quaiffe ATB one (although quaiffe do also do plated diffs as well for some cars)

What is it you are going to be using yours for? (ie what car and what sort of use like trackdays or roadcar or racing or rallying etc?)

Yes for a road car the ATB is a good option, drives nicely and requires no regular servicing either.

Thats a good thing. I was aiming for around 200bhp on my pinto so i think it must be a nessesary to put a atb in my atlas to put the power to the road
