ive bought some morette headlights for my mk6 escort van. my stadrard light have 3 bulbs 1 sidelights, 1 for dipp and main 1 indicater. the morettes have 1 sidelights 1 dipp and main and indicater but theres another bulb in the inner light. does anyone know what thats for before i start wiring them in? a front fog maybe? Thanks

 

On my mk5 Morettes the inner lights are SPOT lights, and only came on with full high beam. All other times they are off. They use a smaller single filament bulb, H1 maybe?

 

ahh right. the bulbis a smaller one. smaller that the dipp and main beam bulb but bigger that the sidelight

 

As said will be a spot light/main beam light, with H1 or H3 normally.
