Cosworth ARP Torque settings?

Cosworth ARP Torque settings?
Does any one know the torque settings for the ARP stud and nut kit, ARP big end bolts and ARP flywheel bolts? Is the torque setting the same for new and used as these have been used before,and i will be using engine oil to lube them not the lube you get with them. Any help would be good thanks.

If it's any use I always do 120lbft on the stud and nut kit with engine oil on studs, not swimming just damped on.
I do it in stages of 30/60/90/120, with a group a YB 0611, gasket allow to rest a minimum of 4 hours and retorque as will be looser.
YB 0611 is now 27380 00 from Victor Reinz.
