Hello,


So i have a new bumper and a blue drivers door i want spraying up, Do i put them on the car and let them tape round it all and then spray it OR do i take everything to them off the car and then let them spray it and then put it on the car?

I wanna put the bumper and door on so there out the way but dont wanna take them off again.

speak to whoevers painting it, if the colour needs blending then you'll need them fitted beforehand

 

Ok thanks I would of thought they will need blending. Not having it done yet but wanted them on really so there out the way.

 

we got a paint shop next door to my unit,
the painter always complains when he just get s parts to paint off the car
as they never come out the right colour compared to the rest of the car,
but you got to paint it and fit it to see that its differant and needs done again,
so prob best fit the part and then get it painted,
but i'm no paintwork expert so best speak to whoever paints it
just my personal experience

 

I think i will put them on, guess what ill do tomorrow lol Christmas day ALWAYS is a drag.

 

get the shuts painted first the colour is not as important there then fit them so the colour can be blended
