Just a thought Steve, would it not be wise to swap for the 200 now rather than wait for the 205 to go bang risking any damage to other items such as the head or turbo.....just a thought m8

If it blows it blows, i have a spare crank, block, rods etc. Would get new pistons anyway.
If it takes the turbo a GT30 will find its way onto the engine.

i wouldnt worry about a 205 block they take a lot more abuse than people give them credit for, lots of 500+bhp 205 blocks out there
