Default Fiesta RS1800 - Worth breaking??

Hi,i have an RS1800 "N" reg.

It needs some welding, front and rear brakes, battery and prob a few bushes ect.

Are they worth anything in bits?

Engine
Box
Interior
Bodykit ect ect

would i be left with much or do you think most bits would sell?

cheers,auldy

Engine/box say £300 due to the inlet on the car being worth a bit.Cat/shell £130 in scrappy,£200 interior,£150 kit/bumpers,standard alloys £100,brakes £0 cos fooked, suspension, again fooked, various bits and bobs, good panels etc say £100,id maybe worth something to the right person but doubtful.

Probably a grand at best and a lot of waiting,I'd repair it myself as if you can do the mech work it won't be more than £100 in bits and say the same to weld/Mot it then it's a £14-1500 car,but you get it in a lump.

Just my thoughts.be a shame to break it as there getting rare now.

Thanks for the replys guys! I live in oban.

Ill take a better look at it tomorow and ill price all the parts up that i need. I mite brake it but i think it would be a shame due to it being an "RS" and it being a bit rare.

Its Black with 74,000 on the clock

Im a panel beater and painter to trade so could fix it up no problem but im into mk1 escorts so fixing this up would keep me off mky mk1.

Ill see what happens

If you're in the trade mate you should be able to sort it nicely and sell the car on for a nice sum. The RS1800 isn't as special as teh RS Turbo (lets face it it really is a ponced up XR2i 16v) but it is a rare car and getting rarer so should think you'll be looking at a nice £1500 back on it
