Default paisley freight

has anybody else on here had bother getting hold of paisley freight recently?i have been waiting since thursday to have a diff collected and i booked collection of an exhaust for today and they are both lying at my front door still.
i have emailed and called repeatedly but i have not had a reply.surely the snows not that bad still that they cant get into the office to answer the phone.
im starting to get annoyed as folk have bought things and paid for next day delivery and the parts arent being collected

had a set of wheels collected by them last week, turned up a day late, understandable with the snow i suppose but the bloke that collected them only lived 5 miles from mine, pain in the arse when you get someone to wait in all day and noone turns up

i have literally sent 100's of parcels and only once had bother when they lost a nearly new t34,it eventually turned up.
im just annoyed i have paid, they are still taking orders on their website but they cant even email to say they are going to be late.
i know were having some extreme weather and probably snowed under with phonecalls and emails but its not the 1st time its snowed heavy in the history of the world.

Seriously mate the snow is a fucking nightmare here at the moment, folk have been trapped in their cars since 8am this morning.

There is no movement in the central belt at all. Fair enough they should maybe have emailed etc, but maybe they haven't managed to get to office this morning like the thousands of others.

i know what your saying, they could have done something by now since thursday,
but as for today its chaos, police advising not to leave the house,\
its gridlock everywhere here today,
took me 4hrs to do a 20 min journey,
the roads are a disgrace, they should have been prepared after last weeks nonsence

I know someone that spent 14 hours yesterday trying to make a journey usually done in 1. They left at half 8 and arrived at half 10 at night.
