I managed to dig my car out of the long stay car park this morning. The roads were still slush but were passable. The car park itself was just ice though.

oh, according to the traffic reports today, the m23 was only 2 lanes, with lane 3 in each direction covered with snow.

also the m20 was fooked, but that operation stack and maybe not the weather.

the m25 from j3 to 5 at sevenoaks was also pretty bad, but may have been ok today, as i didnt hear anything that i can remember about it.

the roads are not totally clear, but easily driveable at reasonable speed and there's very little traffic.

this is the a23 just south of crawley yesterday, and it was a lot better this evening

but they want me to go down in my van, and see how i get on. will be coving the whole of west sussex, do you think most roads will be drivable in a fwd nick? my vivaro is fooking useless int he snow...

had to let all the air out the tyres tuesday as it was soooo bad

what a cunt

nick, it rained here last night too. but at -4 degrees, it also froze. our road was fucking lethal this morning and i spent a good hour scraping the ice off the pavement and road so we could get the car onto the driveway.

then about 45 mins after that, it rained for the rest of the day and has all now melted. double cunt
