Hello everyone,

Im pretty new to the forum but thought I would come here as Ive been wanting some opinions on the Fiesta ST. Im currently owning an 08 plate astra 1.8 which is only 10bhp less than the fiesta st but ive seen plenty about and im starting to love them. My mum used to own a 1.25 litre fiesta. It was a lovely little fiesta but i love the ST version.

Ive seen a few supercharged versions around and they give me hell of a surprise, definately a wolf in sheeps clothing. Thing is I got a few months left to pay off my astra but after that Im thinking of changing. Ive seen 2 supercharged cars on Pistonheads.com one of them was a stage 3 supercharged fiesta and another was a 2.5 supercharged. Which too be honest 290bhp in a small fiesta I think is enough. When It comes to buying an ST should I get one already supercharged and risk paying alot of money. And how much are those cars worth? Or should I buy a standard ST with maybe just an exhaust on it and pay about £2,500-£3000 to supercharge it? And again how much would that be?

Im thinking of looking around dealerships and part ex my astra in for a standard ST so maybe it would be more cost effective that way?

anyone got anything to say about a supercharged fiesta st? Is the reliability at all compromised?

tbh from what iv heard there alot of hastle to get running so i would buy one already supercharged

good cars, some supercharged ones are doing 320bhp on standard engines (bar cams) the most popular supercharger kit is the stage 2.5 at £3900 supplied & fitted, to get over 300bhp you would need, exhaust, inlet manifold & cams to go with that.

Yay there is life lol. I thought i was being ignored or something lol. Any idea how much a mk5 or mk6 fiesta st supercharged is worth roughly? With the 2.5 supercharge kit fitted to it? Just so I have a rough idea on what to spend
