i cut out drinking coke unless it with jd and stopped taking crisps and chocolate with me pack lunch and had pastas and salads at work till i lost a big chunk of the weight

yea because im busy all the time i never really used the focus much...and ive some what gone all bufty on cars now rather than thrash em..lol.
