Exactly, There was half eaten mouldy packet of crisps under the seat and lots of things on the floor that would make you boke.

Mind you i rarely let my little shits eat in the car and have leather so its a easy wipe clean job on the seats,........just wish the floor was leather aswell

Aye me too. Was a valeter for 13 yrs up till. A few years ago. The last garage I worked was a BMW main dealer in abdn and this stunning blond hairdresser traded in a 3 yr old 3 series for an x3. Anyway when my bro in law went to get the 3 series to valet for the line it was jumping with some sort of beasts and we had to get pest control in to put a smoke bomb type thing in to kill them. Yet too look at her you wouldn't have thot she was a dirty fucker but there wasn't any dog hair so it wasn't that. Still makes me itch thinking about it

What product did you use to get that out??

I had my own part time valeting business and used (still do) a company called Valeters Pride for many products, not exspensive and bloody good stuff and service.

www.valeterspride.co.uk

Heres the stuff, lasts a very long time aswell due to the dillution ...

http://www.valeterspride.co.uk/carpe...oduct-15-p.asp

Also have a 40 dillution

IMO mate if iwas to correct that carpet i would: use neat industrial TFR in a trigger bottle, cover the boot carpet very generously, give it five minutes, use an industrial jet wash which u can turn the water temperature up on, which also has a very good pressure, aswell as heat (so industrial really), go for the hottest setting you can, and steam the life out of it! use a wet-vac to suck the water out, then hang it somewhere to dry if you were nearer i would do my best for nothing for a fellow ford enthusiast but as said ur not local i assume?

Agree with markk above good to see a classic car well used, better than sat rotting but spotless....

As for the dirtiness of cars we had a fella who bought a pug 205 derv from the garage i was an apprentice at many moons ago. Well within a couple of weeks of biying the car he died from lung cancer, when we got the car back we had to use a scrapper to clean the interior glass as he chain smoked over a 100 a day and the tar was solid thick on the screen. I'm an avid non smoker and I was made to clean it!

A container of oil, which had burst/leaked into the carpet and wooden spare wheel cover?
