Anyone work for snap on or have a good contact with them ?
I've a Solus Pro and the battery now doesn't hold it's charge
(unused for months)
Any idea of a price on a new battery for one?

Assuming this is a power tool, you can buy replacement batteries from maplin etc and re battery your existing case a huge amount cheaper, sounds like the batts may be NICD ?, as given up, just replace with NIMH for no more problems.

As I say I don't know the actual battery, but most for things like power tools are just battery cases filled with bog std size industrial NICD or NIMH, though a lot these days are LIPO, very simple to take most apart and swap the actual cells over for new or upgraded ones.
The cells can be bought in a strip of however many you want, then a simple bit of soldering job done.
The type that suffer terribly from memory effect are NICD, they are now banned in a lot of things for this reason.
