My friend has an unknown chip in his 3 door L1 ECU. Written on top in biro is the serial number: 1035
Its running very rich throughout the rev range.
I don't suppose anyone has a standard 3 door L1 chip lying around???
Thanks,
Vic

The number means absolutely nothing in the tuning world I am afraid.
Its unlikely to be a chip fault if the car was once running ok.
Generally, when a chip fails the car will NOT run full stop.
More likely to be one of the common cossie problems.....
Coolant sensor failed (BLUE)
Fuel pressure regulator failed
Map sensor failing (going out of range)
If you dont know what you are doing 100% - take it to an expert.
Its all to easy to change parts, and not fix the problem.
