I believe so mate, and I've got a good Mk5 one with replica spoilers on sat in my back garden if you want one. Ł80 if you want to collect it from Lincoln. Too big to post. I thought I'd sold it on E-BAY but the buyer let me down (surprise).
the only difference is the inside where the panel curves in to allow the top spoiler bolts to sit, externally there the same bar the holes for spoilers
Doors, roofskin and tailgate are the only panels shared I'm 99% sure, so they should be the same, yes.

Thanks for the offer bud but I am not after one, a friend of mine sells FibreGlass Escos Boots and when I said I had a pal with a MK5 who may want one he told me to tlel him they wern't the same.
