Crankcase ventilation hose..remove or not
Hy
I want to improve air intake , so I need some information. I have kn 57i with cold air feeds, and insulated water pipes which passes near air filter. Just one thing is there which I want remove- oil breather pipe (crankcase ventilation hose).
Is there any problems if I just dissconect that hose from k&n, or put it in its standard place (in air box on top of engine, which isnt connected to intake) so then intake will be free of hot air and oil vapours.
does it affect crankcase ventilation or any devices (ecu, positive vent sensor or something) or can do any other damage ? I ask becasue some people tell me that oil vapours must be sucked out by intake...
