Bought an O2 X2 camera phone pay as you go...now i just put my old O2 sim card in it to keep the same number....BUT people have been saying they cant get thru to me..only sometimes......plus i noticed it takes a few attempts for me to be able to phone out...it comes up with channel busy ......Plus texts fail in the same way then send

Any ideas???

Phil, i'd get in touch with 02 mate as the sim might need updating (usally done via a txt message they send you)

They sent me a message when i first installed my old sim card to update it for picture messaging but ignored it ...Could that be the problem?

What your meant to do is scroll throught message then delete it switch your phone off for about a minute & then back on, if you havnt deleted the message give it a go

That's a strange one Philip I'd give 02 a call mate there could be a fault with the handset.

Prob a faulty simcard, One of mine decided to just stop working one day, also i did keep swapping it from phone to phone, i think i wore it out.
