Wenny he ran a flat 10.3 at 137 on old engine
Today went well enough for the first time at pod,
First run was on race slicks at 28 psi and ran a 10.64 @ 138.97
Second run was on intermediates at 22 psi with brother in the car ran a 10.41 @ 136.04
Last run we removed rear spoiler, dropped pressure in tyres to 18psi and ran on race fuel and it just sat on the line spun the wheels, so did a second launch and spun em up again and ran a 10.90 @ 142.16 mph
The first two runs were 1.7 bar and on race fuel 1.8 bar boost so ALOT more power to come yet !
We will go back again with some wets and a boost limit in first gear
It WILL do a 9 sec pass at around 150 mph no problem ! Just such a learning curve today

Harvey gibbs was running constant 10s, wasnt getting good starts either ! easy a nine second car without a doubt. seen luca run 12s, that mk2 fezza is a crazy little thing.

Had a good day today all in all bit of a shame it was so Busy and the track got closed about 8 times! Was good putting faces to names xrtsi, Stuart Collins, luca crazycage ,project rs and the autOflock lads all cracking fellas
Really looking foward to central day next year should be a good day with some fast cars runnning
Watched Harvey Gibbs run in his escort! What a car!!
Luca as always car looked awsome and easy had an 11 in it! Shame about the clutch!
Also watched speckys tigra run a low 10 that things crazy!
Il put my pics and vids up later and a pic of my snapped drive shaft lol!

Today running 1.7 bar on pump id say around 640s
And race at 1.8 bar around 700s
But just could not put it down at all ! Would be mental on some drag slicks but can't be doing with putting small brakes on it !

The run with 136mph terminal was with a passenger on super unleaded fuel at 1.7bar

Today imo was a pile of poo car wise for me. Took the evo down for the 3hour long trip, spent Ł70 on fuel, booked in for another Ł25, cued up for 2 hrs to get 3 cars from the startline only to discover a nice fresh oil leak!!!!!
Thanks to Jamie from Jamsport for poping over to try and locate the problem and its looking like a failed crank seal :-( (yes I know japcrap)
The people working at the pod I think need a good kick up the bum!!! was gone 12 before it opened and when every time a car spued its gutts they just seemed to stroll over and sort it at their leisure. Pretty annoying when you think people have travelled all over the country for this and have paid full price for half a day. (rant over)
Few good points were Project RS and crazycage (richie & Garry) letting me go shotgun in their cars for a run down the strip, been in ritchies before and that thing really is a lot quicker on the new settings, was also a new pb terminal (107 i think). As for mr cage, well what can I say was giggling like a little kid all the way down the strip!! that thing is looney.
The best highlight for me was the names to faces game, mark & his mrs, harvey, the blackpool crew etc. AJC is a proper delboy, tried selling me a watch but I was having none of it. In all seriousness though, big thanks to dean and andy as they very kindly donated some oil for me to get home due to the leak, many thanks fellas it is MOST appreciated!

santa pod annoys me so much now that i dont go anymore. it takes them forever to sort the track out so spectating is as interesting as watching pain dry only your normally getting your head blown of by the wind.
as a driver i can think of anything more frustrating thing sitting in a que for an hour or so turn around.

shit day for me, ran a 13.9@112mph lol osf caliper binding, both front wheel bearings collapsed, a split boost hose and the gearing on the new box is too long .

I would imagine around the 700bhp mark as it would run 770/780 at 2.3 bar,
If you look back to the thread where I posted the graph I said the near 800 bhp mark was just done as a test or were taking the Mick a little you know, and I said it wouldn't ever run this in car, but would be around 770/780
