Ebay advice-overseas
Story goes I had some test equipment on ebay, guy from phillipines gets in touch asking how much postage would be, I told him £40 and left it at that. Anyway, he wins the auction and has a feedback of 80+ all good including some from UK for test equipment. After 4 days he hadn't paid or got in touch despite me sending a few polite requests. I filed a non-payment dispute and low and behold hes paid now via paypal. His address is unverified but at the end of the day so is mine. Im just a bit reluctant to send it in case he does a chargeback on the paypal for whatever reason. Is there any thing I shold do/look out for?
my advice is dont send overseas i done it a few times and was more hassle than its worth uk mainland only but if he has had previous transactions with uk maybe not all bad but id be cautious as you had to prompt for payment did he give a valid reason as to why was so late in paying
