Default Ebay advice-overseas

Story goes I had some test equipment on ebay, guy from phillipines gets in touch asking how much postage would be, I told him £40 and left it at that. Anyway, he wins the auction and has a feedback of 80+ all good including some from UK for test equipment. After 4 days he hadn't paid or got in touch despite me sending a few polite requests. I filed a non-payment dispute and low and behold hes paid now via paypal. His address is unverified but at the end of the day so is mine. Im just a bit reluctant to send it in case he does a chargeback on the paypal for whatever reason. Is there any thing I shold do/look out for?

I only ever send overseas with a 'signed for' delivery with online tracking - so you can show that they did get it should they contest it with Paypal.

I won't send anything overseas anymore, it's not worth the hassle. Since you can't leave buyers bad feedback anymore don't put too much hope in his good feedback unless most of it is as a seller.
