Default Lowering springs

Hi all, just a quick question for you all.

I've acquired a set of lowering springs for my escort, the person I got them from doesn't know by how much they lower.
I've looked at them and on the bits of paint that hasn't rusted off, there is G max and 'Max 30' on the fronts and 'Max 10' on the rears.
What I'm wondering is, Does this indicate that the front springs are 30mm and the rears are 10mm lowering?

If anyone can advise me on this, I would be much appreciated.

Cheers
