This is why E-BAY is such a pain in the arse these days, people with nothing better to do than waste people's time and money. So what if he doesn't know what he's talking about, just ignore it, not basically cost him money because he doesn't know what he's got. This is what really pisses me off about E-BAY, it allows people to do this and get away with it. It's cost me a lot of money in fees over the last few months, and I've got nothing back from them because of people messing about. Grow up!
Perhaps it would be better to just report the listing as being inaccurate, but he is the bad one here overall, as he could easily have someone on who doesn't know what they're buying.
All he needs to do is modify the listing to say that it's for two Cossie wheels and two Mondeo wheels, but instead he chose to tell people to "Piss off." which just about says it all about his attitude!

Although I see your point, judging by his replies to people who have asked questions, he knows full well that he is in the wrong, but has chosen not to update the listing to reflect this. He is still trying to sell them as something that they're not, so is effectively lying about the item. No different to listing a cat C car and stating in the listing that it's never had an accident.

also trev you can get your fees back if you get fucked about, put it on for 99p, not fees, when it ends you get your money back, easy

just a pity that he doesn't mention that the fronts are too,
as for trev cos, i understand what his gripe is but
it does sound more like this seller is trying to rip somebody off,
i wouldn't be happy if i paid for escos wheels and got mungdeo rims that are worth 1/4 the price,
he's had his chance to put it right and just dishes out verbal instead so hell skelp it into him

Gotta laugh at the people bidding! Are you guys aware that the only people to lose out here will be you? He'll be able to claim his fees back, and you'll receive an unpaid item strike, which will mean you wont be eligible to bid on items from certain sellers. (You can change your bidder requirements settings accordingly). More and more people are banning bidders with unpaid item strikes for this very reason.
