Hi all,

I am due an upgrade on my mobile contract soon so im asking whats a good mobile at the moment?

My boss has a HTC Wildfire (or something like that) but another lad here has a New I Phone and I quite like that too, im going to get the best I can because I use it for work and over the last few months my current Samsung just cant keep up with me, its a touchscreen and the screen tends to slow right down in the cold weather and the battery life is terrible.

So whats good at the moment?

All depends on what you want your phone to do,

but the htc wildfire is a low end phone, can be had for about £130 on pay as you go.

Wheres the iPhone is high end, well just expensive

Haha, what a bollocks news story! Well written and worded for maximum impact, but in reality it tells you absolutely nothing about the screen, nor the phone. How many Blackberry's break, how many HTCs, Samsungs etc? Unless it's put into context, and actual figures are used (not guesstimates) then it's a worthless news story.

It's like that whole antenna story that got massively blown out of proportion by the Apple haters.

i have been trying to decide between an iphone 4 or the new nokia n8. N8 isnt out just yet, but looks a very high spec'ed phone with 12mp camera :O check it out

I want it to have bluetooth for when im in the car so its hands free, good camera for taking photos of trade ins, touchscreen for ease of use, lots of available memory for sounds/images and the best reception.

I know alot of people will say the reception is down to the network not the phone but it does make a difference, i have been with my network for 5 years now and had 4 different phones yet some have had better clarity and better reception than others, plus some of my friends are on the same network and when we are out together they dont get signal when I have or vice versa.

Im swaying towards the I Phone but not 100% sure.

It's probably down to whether you get on better with the Mac, or Symbian OS.
