VERY impressive weight loss Dave!! The trick is to make sure it stays off now. I was a chubba and lost 3 stone, but it's creeping back on slowly again. I was a tight 38 waist and am now a tight 32!

Thats not going to happen, its was me that was motivating my self to the gym
l go every day, 1 month l missed 1 day so have got the commitment and is going to get back to the 14stone mark

Once you've reached your goal of 14 stone set yourself other goals, like getting properly ripped or something, 'cos once you've achieved the weight you'll probs just chill for a bit like me!

Thats fucking phenominal mate... no wonder other people are struggling to recognise you!! Brilliant progress and massive self control you've shown to get that far, you'll defo be able to deal with this problem. I also think you should think about the work abroad for a year too, remove yourself and focus on something completely different isn't a bad shout IMO.
