You're also letting her know that she has something to fall back on. You'll be nothing but a mug now, someone she can continuosly take the fucking piss out of. While you're moping around over her, she's out getting shagged by whatever his name was, moving on.
You have to do the same, even though it kills you inside, you can't be having someone take the piss out of you, which is exactly what she will do because woman can be right heartless bitches when they want. You move on and there's a good chance she'll come crawling back, to which you tell her to go and fuck herself. Plenty more fish in the sea, as they say.

and i agree, im not pretending to be ians best mate, im not, but i know him, and spoke to him for years at ford meets, shows, facebook etc, and from what i know of him, he's a top bloke, and i know a lot of people who know him also, and they say the same, ive never heard a bad word about him.

Me and helen spilt up in April, l gave her 3 months to move out, it didnt happen and she moved in to my mates in June, l start seeing a new girl around July and we finish just before ford fair because l was missing Helen and wanted her back.
We finally got on speaking term and l made it very clear l wanted Helen back
So the last 6 weeks l have been taking her out for meals, going to see films taking her horse riding, horse trials, picnics, also spent a couple of weekend at mine.
So what signals l was getting that we are both trying
Then sorry to say Ian Pratt came along he was not made aware of what was going on by Helen and just did what any male would do knowing she was single
So yes just keeping her options open
Last weekend she bought all her holiday cloths back to my house in a suitcase ready for the holiday l paid for, also this week l have been working on her car at my cost to get it to national day
I love Helen to bits and really do miss her she has been my life for the last 5 years some of you dont like her but she ticket all my boxes and l was very happy and was looking forward to getting old with helen and having kids.

We was living separate lives in the same house since april, and the only reason she could not go home was that she was doing a corse and also she was 280 miles from home, maybe she should of just moved out in april but really didnt have many options
And what the best way to get someone out your mind get another, tryed that and it didnt work

but coming on here and having to explain to everyone is a big mistake! aint no one to blame its just one of them things that happens, like taking a shit!
its nice to know that people give a shit about stuff like this, but i think making this thread and feeling you have to answer/explain to them is whats gonna keep beating u up over it!
