Default Which fan switch do I require?

I'm wanting to fit a new fan switch and I'm sure I saw a post at some point on the topic of fan switches and the temps they kick in. I have a S1 and am wanting to fit one with the lowest temp trigger. Does anyone know which one it is I'm after?

the cossie one cuts in extremely low! i tried one on my turbo technics 4x4 and once it came on it wouldn't fooking go off again! if your local car spares has a quintin hazel book they have all the on/off temperatures for all the fan switches.
i think i settled on something like a 1600 escort diesel.there is a also a vw thermostat that can be made to fit from a golf diesel.it opens at 80 degrees instead of the usual 85-90 of most ford ones.hope that helps.
